AIM's investments are sourced through seasoned proprietary relationships and actively managed on behalf of institutional investors and HNW individuals. As the sole or lead investor in each investment, AIM implements tested valuation techniques to underwrite the company, and the real estate, to create above average risk adjusted returns and protect investor interests.

Unlike a REIT, our private real estate funds offer portfolio diversification because the fund investors own an actual piece of each real estate asset. Fund returns are not correlated with either the stock or bond market, and are not reliant on the financial health of any one company.
